Scholarship Description
This scholarship fund was established in 2013 by family and friends of Coach Lozano. The fund will provide one scholarship annually to a graduating high school senior athlete from the northernmost 26 counties of the Texas Panhandle.
Eligibility
• Graduating high school senior;
• Must be a student athlete;
• Must have a 2.0 GPA to apply and must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 while in college;
• May attend any accredited college/university
• Must be interested in pursuing a degree in education and/or coaching for the purpose of teaching and coaching at the high school level upon graduation from college

The annual application deadline is generally mid-February each year.
