Robert E. Uhrig Graduate Scholarship

Scholarship Description

For students pursuing graduate studies in nuclear engineering with a focus in the field of human factors, instrumentation and controls. An applicant for this scholarship must be a full–time graduate student of a North American university engaged in Masters or Ph.D. research into technical aspects of human factors, instrumentation and/or controls. Students of all nationalities are eligible for the Robert E. Uhrig Graduate Scholarship.

The Robert E. Uhrig Graduate Scholarship is a $4,000 scholarship given annually to one graduate student in nuclear engineering. The Scholarship focus is on the technical disciplines involved in Nuclear Plant Instrumentation, Controls, and Human–Machine Interface Technologies in the context of nuclear power or other nuclear engineering specific applications.
