A one-time scholarship of $300 offered in honor of Mr. Jim Brown, Chairman of Hartzell Propeller, Inc. Presented by the Aero Club of New England; “In this day of increasing costs, scholarship funding for our future pilots is becoming even more important in providing opportunities to our youth.”
