Scholarship Description
Criteria: Students from various Northern Oakland and Southern Macomb Counties (including Rochester Community Schools, Avondale Schools and St. Basil Church Parish) pursuing college education. Must have desire for higher education, demonstrate financial need, commitment to self- improvement and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Award: $2,000 Background: The Cipa Family Foundation was established 1999, by Bernard Cipa upon his retirement to facilitate his personal charitable goals and those of his family. Applications should be either typed or printed in black ink. Applications in pencil will not be considered.
