Scholarships primarily for undergraduate studies at any accredited college or university in the state of Texas . To be eligible to apply, applicant must be from the Dallas area and must be of Chinese ethnic heritage - either born in China , Hong Kong or Taiwan , or born in the United States and have parents or grandparents who were born in China , Hong Kong or Taiwan. Selection is based on academic achievement and financial need. Giving primarily in the Dallas, TX area.
