Scholarship Description
To provide financial assistance to residents of West Virginia who are pursuing a degree in nursing. Amount Awarded: $575 Number Awarded: 1 each year. Duration: 1 year; may be renewed. Eligibility: This program is open to residents of West Virginia who are pursuing a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree in nursing at a college or university anywhere in the country. Applicants must have at least a 2.5 GPA and demonstrate good moral character. Preference is given to students specializing in the field of gerontology. Financial need is considered in the selection process.
