Scholarship Description
Established in memory of Aaron Zeiher to honor his love of law enforcement. He was an Explorer with the Johnson County Sheriff’s office. He was a man who never gave up and gave all he had to everything he did.Use Common Application to apply. Criteria:Must be pursuing a degree in law enforcement or the criminal justice fieldMust be a Johnson County residentMust plan to enroll full time in an accredited college or university in IndianaDemonstrate a history of leadership in school, church and/or communityDemonstrate good characterSpecial Consideration:Individuals who have actively participated in the Johnson County Sheriff’s Explorer Post programItems Required in Addition to the Application:Provide two letters of recommendationProvide employment and educational historyProvide a personal statement regarding your career goals and why you chose law enforcement or criminal justice as a career
