Requirements: Be in recovery from a mental health / behavioral / or psychological disability. Be a resident of Maui County. Preference given to students of Hawaii ancestry and renewal applicants. Supplemental Materials Required:Submit two letters of recommendation from mentors, teachers, counselors, or other mental health professionals.
