Chaffin Luhana Foundation DRiver AWareness (DRAW) Scholarship

The DRAW Scholarship Challenge was created to help empower high school students and our youth to open up their minds and create an effective, unique, and new distracted driving prevention campaign.  Students, individually, or in groups of two, along with an adult mentor, are encouraged to submit a video, up to 90 seconds long, offering real-world solutions to end distracted driving either locally and or nationwide.

Automobile collisions are the number one cause of death for our youth in the United States, with over 390,000 Americans injured or killed in auto collisions that were the direct result of distracted driving.  To raise awareness of this critical issue and to help support our youth gain high education, the Chaffin Luhana Foundation and Law Firm has partnered with Stephani Victor who is a five-time Paralympic medalist.  They have partnered up to launch the Foundation’s first CLF DRiver AWareness (“DRAW”) Scholarship Challenge.

The grand price winner of this contest will receive a long list of amazing prices and rewards, but as a reward for all who participate, a $2,000 scholarship prize will be rewarded for each Scholar to go towards their higher education learning (college, technical school or other higher education).
