Must be pursuing a Ph.D. in Aeronautics/Astronautics, Applied Mathematics, Applied Physics, Applied Science, Astronomy, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Earth Sciences, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Operations Research, Physics, Quantitative Biology, or Statistics. 2. Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident. 3. Must be a graduating college senior or current graduate student.
