Scholarship Description
Menlo College is pleased to announce that we are offering International Student Scholarships from $2,500 to $5,000 per student. These will be in addition to our other merit scholarships, therefore an international student could be eligible for up to $17,000 per year in scholarship money. In order to be considered for the International Student Scholarships, you must do the following: Complete your application for admission to Menlo College, and be admitted. Complete and submit the International Student Scholarship Form, along with an essay telling us why you need the additional $2,500 to $5,000 scholarship to help you finance your education at Menlo College. Demonstrate that you have a record of achievement academically (we will translate the grades from your home country’s educational system), that you have a TOEFL score of at least 550 if English is not your first language. We also strongly recommend that you enclose a letter from a counselor attesting to the fact that it will be difficult for you to afford to come to Menlo without this scholarship. Prove that you are a citizen of a country other than the United States. Agree to live on campus while studying at Menlo College. These scholarships will be awarded only at entrance to Menlo College, and are automatically renewed each year up to four years as long as you maintain at least a 2.5 GPA at Menlo College.
