Career & Technical Education Scholarships- Project Success

Project Success provides career and technical financial assistance to help students that are focused on career and technical training rather than post-secondary college education in an effort to graduate high school with the necessary skills to immediately enter the work force. Currently in 12th grade Currently enrolled in a HCPS Career Center (Bowers/Whitley, D.W. Waters, Simmons, or South County) Financial assistance offsets the costs of tuition, books, classroom equipment/supplies and final certification expenses Amounts of $1,000-$2,000 will support a student through graduation

For new and returning IRSC students.

Transfer Scholarships

For graduates of IRSC who wish to continue their education at an upper-division university

Bachelor's Degree Scholarships

For students in an IRSC Bachelor's Degree Program.

IRSC Health Science Scholarships

For students enrolled in one of IRSC's Health Science Programs.

Ann Wright Hart/Nashville Alumnae Chapter Scholarship

The scholarship shall be awarded to: 1. A freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior collegian member of Alpha Eta/Vanderbilt University or Eta Phi/Belmont University or with a permanent address in the greater Nashville, Tennessee area who will pursue an undergraduate degree during the academic year for which the scholarship is awarded. 2. Should no applicants meet the criteria stipulated in #1, the scholarship shall be awarded to a freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior collegian member of a college chapter in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, South Carolina, or Tennessee who will pursue an undergraduate degree during the academic year for which the scholarship is awarded. 3. Should no applicants meet the criteria stipulated in #1-#2, the scholarship shall be awarded to any collegian or alumna member of the Fraternity who will pursue an undergraduate or graduate degree during the year for which the scholarship is awarded. 4. In the event Alpha Eta is disestablished and ceases to exist, unless and until Alpha Eta is reestablished, the scholarship shall be awarded to a collegian or alumna member of Alpha Eta, a collegian member of Eta Phi, or a collegian member with a permanent address in the greater Nashville, Tennessee area who is qualified under the Foundation's then current general scholarship criteria. Should no members of Alpha Eta or Eta Phi or members with a permanent address in the greater Nashville, Tennessee area qualify, the scholarship shall be awarded to any collegian or alumna member of the Fraternity who is qualified under the Foundation's then current general scholarship criteria. 5. In the event Eta Phi is disestablished and ceases to exist, unless and until Eta Phi is reestablished, the scholarship shall be awarded to a collegian or alumna member of Eta Phi, a collegian member of Alpha Eta, or a collegian member with a permanent address in the greater Nashville, Tennessee area who is qualified under the Foundation's then current general scholarship criteria. Should no members of Alpha Eta or Eta Phi or with a permanent address in the greater Nashville, Tennessee area qualify, the scholarship shall be awarded to any collegian or alumna member of the Fraternity who is qualified under the Foundation's then current general scholarship criteria.

Marilynn Mitchell and “Beta Nus of the Fifties” Scholarship

Eligibility:# Open to: All undergraduates and alumnae of Beta Nu/Florida State# Additional Criteria: First preference given to undergraduates, second preference given to alumnae pursuing graduate study at Florida State, third preference given to alumnae pursuing graduate study at any institution

Ruth Robie Lacy/Rosemary Longino Scholarship

Awarded to freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior members of collegian chapters in the states of Georgia and Florida who will pursue an undergraduate degree during the academic year for which the scholarship is awarded.

Sanan Family Foundation, Inc. Scholarship

Giving primarily in FL.

John I. & Madeleine R. Taeni Scholarship Fund

For students pursuing degrees in teaching, nursing, paramedic training, or emergency medical technician training.

HSF/Citigroup Fellows Program

Program Description: The HSF/Citigroup Fellows Award is a two-year award. Selected students will receive $5,000 for each of their junior and senior years for a total award of $10,000. Awards will be disbursed in two disbursements -fall and spring- of $2,500 during the academic year upon receipt of enrollment verification, and provided the student maintains the standards of academic progress as defined by HSF. HSF/Citigroup Fellows will also be paired with a Citigroup employee who will serve as a professional mentor and offer career guidance. HSF/Citigroup Fellows will be invited to attend a professional development conference in the fall of both their junior and senior years. The conferences are fully funded by the Citigroup Foundation and will take place in different locations throughout the United States. Eligibility Requirements: Be of Hispanic heritage. Be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident with a permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551 (not expired). Be a current sophomore enrolled full-time at a four-year accredited college or university in the United States; selected students must be enrolled as juniors during the following academic year. Be pursuing a degree in Business, Business Administration, Economics or Finance. Have a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or the equivalent). Must reside or attend college in one of the following city locations: New York City metropolitan area Miami/Fort Lauderdale area Tampa, Florida Dallas, Texas San Antonio, Texas Austin, Texas Los Angeles, California San Francisco Bay Area, California OR Must attend one of the following colleges or universities: Columbia University, Cornell University, Dartmouth College, Duke University, Georgetown University, Harvard University, New York University, Northwestern University, Princeton University, Rutgers University, Stanford University, University of California - Los Angeles, University of Chicago, University of Pennsylvania, University of Virginia, University of Texas at Austin, or Yale University
