Scholarship applicants must be full-time undergraduate students enrolled in a degree program in manufacturing engineering or technology at one of the following approved Colorado institutions: Colorado State University, University of Colorado - all campuses. Scholarship applicants must have completed a minimum of 30 college credit hours and seeking a career in manufacturing engineering or manufacturing engineering technology. (Graduate students will not be eligible for this scholarship.) Scholarship applicants must possess an overall minimum grade point average of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale. Students may submit a scholarship application in succeeding years. Need is not a consideration in awarding scholarships except when two or more applicants have equal qualifications.
Individuals residing in MGMA Western section states (Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming) who are current MGMA members and enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program relevant to medical practice management.
Applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program relevant to medical practice management, including public health, business administration, healthcare administration and other related areas.The scholarships are not intended to support individuals pursuing degrees in:
other clinically related professions
A Korean student currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program is qualified to apply. Applicants are judged on the basis of financial need, academic achievement, extracurricular activities, and community service. .Applicants from the Western Region must attend a school in either: Washington, Oregon, Nevada, California, Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, Colorado, or New Mexico.
Undergraduate, graduate, and high school students enrolled full time during the scholarship application year.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
Students with a Korean heritage studying in the United States regardless of citizenship status (including Korean Nationals).
If extra funds are available, other students (non-Korean) may qualify for some scholarships.
Eligible applicants must meet the following criteria: * Colorado resident * Hispanic heritage and/or actively invloved in the Hispanic community * Accepted to an accredited college, university or vocational school * Minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average * Recipients are required to fulfilled 10 hours of community service during year of funding A review committee will select finalists based on the following: * Academic achievement * Financial need * Community involvement * Letters of recommendation * Personal essay * Personal interview of finalists
LA Tutors awards a monthly $500 Innovation Scholarship to high school and college students who showcase their creativity and make a positive impact.
MusicAuthority recognizes the positive impact that music can have on a student’s learning experience. Studies have shown how music can enhance learning- from improving memory performance to relieving anxiety, music can be a great component to aid a student’s college experience.
We are proud to offer our $1,000 scholarship to one current or prospective student. We will be offering this scholarship on a continual basis and we are excited to promote a passion for music and higher education.
Pursuing a four-year degree in animal nutrition, animal/dairy science, agricultural business management, international agriculture or agricultural sales and marketing. Must live on family farm, have strong leadership skills and have participated in
community service. Must plan to attend school at Oregon State, Chico State, Colorado State, University of Idaho, Fresno State or California Polytechnic.

This award was established to assist a single mother to attend school to obtain job skills in order to secure a better job and provide more fiscal resources for her family. There will be one scholarship in the amount of $2 000.00 – split between the fall and spring semesters. Funds may be used to reimburse tuition fees or book expenses.

This scholarship was initiated to help male parents with financial need returning to school to gain new skills for the workplace. The donors understand the difficulty men face in trying to juggle work, family and school; they want to help alleviate that burden with an offer of financial assistance. Recipient must take a minimum of 6 credit hours per term and maintain at least a 2.5 GPA to receive the award for spring term.Pre-requisites:1. The applicant must be a current or intended student of FRCC, a Colorado resident and US citizen.2. Applicant must be a father, enrolled in a program to gain new skills for the workplace. Father must be a primary care provider, as evidenced by a recent tax return with child listed as exemption.3. The applicant must take a minimum of 6 credit hours per term, and maintain a minimum 2.5 G.P.A. at FRCC to continue the award for the second term.4. The applicant must demonstrate financial need and financial information must be completed on the scholarship application. Applicants not eligible for financial aid will be considered with plausible cause.5. A letter of recommendation from a teacher, employer, or professional in the community must accompany the scholarship application.6. Applicants must complete an essay stating why he is deserving of the award.
