Application Requirements/Description:

Undergraduates who are first-year college students, sophomores and juniors or entering freshman who will be enrolled at an undergraduate institution in the fall of 1999, and who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents.

Based on academic record, leadership responsibilities in community and school activities and a clear statement of education and career goals.

Applications must be postmarked by November 15, 1999.
