Eligibility
Graduating high school seniors whose primary residence is in Clay County.
Selection Criteria
academic merit (measured by class rank, GPA, SAT scores);
good character;
leadership skills;
participation in community service.
Preference will be given to students with:
an interest in music, through participation and accomplishment as an individual or through school or community involvement;
demonstrated financial need
