The Graduate Science and Engineering Scholarship was created by the Intermountain Section of the AWWA to encourage science education and training related to the field of water quality, supply, or treatment and to support an outstanding undergraduate student in that field.
Students are eligible to apply who are pursuing a water related science or engineering degree in the Intermountain West. Students who have been accepted into a program but have not yet begun coursework are eligible to apply. Applicants for this scholarship are considered without consideration of race, gender, color, or creed. Students are eligible to receive an AWWA scholarship once per degree program.

• A complete resume
• An essay regarding your academic interests and career goals and how they are relevant to water quality, supply, or treatment in the Intermountain West.
• Two letters of recommendation
Members of the Student Outreach and Scholarship Committee of the Intermountain Section of the American Water Works Association will review all submitted application materials
