Scholarship Description

Eligibility Criteria

• Maryland resident
• Applicant must be one of the following:
 High school or college student
 High school, college or corporate instructor/teacher
 Hospitality industry professional
• Applicant must be pursuing hospitality-related coursework.
• Applicant must have applied to an RAMEF-recognized professional development program
in hospitality or enrolled in a RAMEF recognized foodservice/hospitality program.
• Interviews may be required for finalists

This section is for high school and college students only:
• A minimum, cumulative unweighted grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
• A minimum of 400 hours documented industry experience

This section is for Instructors/Teachers and Industry applicants only:
• A minimum of 1500 hours documented industry experience
