ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Women over the age of 50 by March 30. Low-income. Pursuing technical or vocational education, or a associate’s or bachelor’s degree. Enrolled in an accredited school or technical program within six months of the scholarship award date. Financial need will be a consideration.
