Special Qualifications: Applicant must satisfy ONE of the following: • Reside in Winnebago County. • Attend a school that is a member of Winnebago Home Builders Association (WHBA) • Be sponsored by a WHBA memberRequirements:# Transcripts# ReferencesOther Requirements: • Applicants may apply annually but may only receive one scholarship. • Financial need is considered • Grade point: C minimum • Two letters of recommendation are required. • Applicant may be required to interview with the Scholarship Committee.
