Eligibility:? Resident of Merrick County? A nursing student with one or more years completed maintaining a 3.0 GPA, cover letter about experiences so far in nursing school and stating enthusiasm for continuing their studies, preference to goal of Nurse Practitioner? OR LPN pursuing Bachelor of Science in Nursing, must have minimum of 4 years of primary patient care in hospital or nursing home, verify flawless record from two most recent employers, endorsements from one doctor, one registered nurse or nursepractitioner, and one other person, maintain 3.0 GPA? OR Registered Nurse pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing or Nurse Practitioner, minimum of 4 years of primary patient care in a hospital or nursing home, verify flawless record from two most recent employers, endorsements from one doctor, one registered nurse, nurse practitioner, one Director of Nursing, and one other person, maintain 3.0 GPA
