Eligible applicants are spouses or children of a deceased or living active (non-probationary) Watauga County area law enforcement officer who are at any point in their pursuit of a higher education . **PLEASE NOTE: Applicants must include in their application the name of the law enforcement officer and their relationship to the officer.**
