Scholarship Description
Application Requirements/Description:The J.L. Weigand, Jr. Notre Dame Legal Education Trust has been established to provide assistance to students from the state of Kansas. The scholarships provide for tuition, room and board for selected students who have been legal residents of Kansas for ten (10) years prior to their admission.The scholarships will be awarded without regard to means, race, religion, or gender to selected full-time students attending the University of Notre Dame Law School. If there are not enough qualifying candidates, scholarships may be provided to students attending a qualifying law school in Kansas, or a University of Notre Dame undergraduate program, provided the students have resided in Kansas for at least ten (10) years prior to admission. (Proof of residence is required.)
