General Eligibility Criteria: * Resident of Cumberland County * Students who will attend college, university, vocational or technical institutions as a full-time student in the fall or within six months following the award * Academic achievement and potential as indicated by class rank, GPA, and /or standardized test scores (SAT or ACT) * Financial need * Be a child of a Fayetteville, NC Fire Department uniformed employee.
