Scholarship Description
Established by Isabelle F. Smith in 1999, in memory of her parents, to provide annual scholarships for female residents of Kentucky majoring in environmentally related programs at public universities in Kentucky. Scholarship is non-renewable. Eligibility: * Currently enrolled as an upcoming sophomore, junior, or senior at a Kentucky public four year college * Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher * Must be Kentucky resident * Major is environmentally related program (i.e., agriculture, biology, horticulture, environmental studies, environmental engineering, etc.) * Seeking undergraduate degree on a full-time basis Award Amount: $5,000 Contact: Gail Sanders, Operations and Compliance Manager, The Community Foundation of Louisville, (502) 585-4649 X1025; gails@cflouisville.org; e-mail is preferred Application: Available on the website, or from The Community Foundation
