Scholarship Description
This scholarship was established by Rich and Caroline Casper in 2006 to support students pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education. Eligibility: * Current student of Mid-State Technical College, pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education. * Resident of south Wood County. Giving limited to residents of Greater South Wood County (Nekoosa, Pittsville, Port Edwards, Rome, Rudolph, Vesper, Wis. Rapids, and surrounding communities).
