Scholarship Description
Eligibility: Former residents of Delwood Children’s Home, Orphans of Delaware County, Children of dysfunctional families who reside in Delaware County, or Any resident of Delaware County who demonstrates a financial need and an educational plan that cannot be met without the aid of the Scholarship.
