Scholarship Description
Giving primarily to community foundations of Bay County, Michigan. Scholarship awards to students at Delta Community College or the Midland, Michigan campus and must be residents of Bay County; also for students of Northwood University without residency requirements. Preference will be given to students studying an automotive curriculum. Application form required. Deadline(s): Aug. 31 Limited to residents of Midland and Bay County, MI.
