Scholarship Description
The Madison & Edith Cooper Scholarship II is open to young adults in San Diego County (to age 24) who are or have been in the foster care system and plan to attend an accredited two-year college, four-year university, or licensed trade/vocational school in the United States. Students must have a minimum 2.50 GPA on a 4.0 scale, demonstrated financial need, and involved in serving their community through their extra-curricular activities, community service, or work experience.
