Scholarship Description
Open to young adults in San Diego County (to age 25) who are or have been in the foster care system and plan to attend an accredited two-year college, four-year university, or licensed trade/vocational school in the United States. Students must have a minimum 2.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale and a demonstrated financial need. Past recipients may re-apply and will compete with all other applicants.
