Created by Gerald and Sherry Smalley in memory of Sherry’s parents, Kenneth and Cecile Parks. The fund shall provide scholarship assistance to needy and deserving students who have graduated from Tippecanoe Valley or Warsaw School Corporation and are seeking degrees in the field of nursing.
