Awarded to Holmes County students majoring in agriculture, horticulture, or ag-related programs. If no eligible candidates are found within these fields, selection will be based on the HCEF criteria. < 10 awards, $500 - $2,000; Renewable.Shall be residents of Holmes County, Ohio.
