Scholarship Description
The David Seufert Memorial Scholarship Endowment is being established in the Franklin County Community Foundation by Davey’s mother, Shirley. Primary consideration for the scholarship is given to Franklin County High School seniors planning to study a medical related field. Secondary consideration is given to FCHS seniors who have been involved in athletics.
