Scholarship Description
Rebecca Baker, an FCHS student passed away after a car accident. Established by Joanne Sottong, Rebecca’s employer at Arby’s in Brookville, to provide an annual scholarship to a graduating FCHS student for the purpose of furthering their education.
The scholarship will enable such graduate to have funds applied toward the costs of tuition in such student’s first year as a full-time student in an accredited college or university.
The recipient is selected by the scholarship committee of the Franklin County Community Foundation. The scholarship is awarded after giving consideration to character, dependability and need.
