Medical Practice Management Scholarships

Here are some of the Medical Practice Management scholarships on our site for which you may qualify.

Western Union Foundation Global Scholarship Program

The Western Union Foundation Global Scholarship Program (WU Scholars) is a program designed to support young people and their efforts to pursue a post-secondary education. Selected scholarship recipients will receive USD $2,500 each to contribute toward tuition or school fees at an accredited post-secondary institution and will be selected based on criteria relating to the program's three pillars: Perseverance, Aspiration, and Community. To be eligible, students must be seeking an undergraduate degree in one of the following categories: science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and business/entrepreneurship. The application, which requires a letter of recommendation and an academic transcript, opens Wednesday March 8th. The application deadline is Wednesday, April 12 at noon Eastern Standard Time. MGMA Midwest Section Scholarship

Individuals residing in MGMA Midwest section states (Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin) who are enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program relevant to medical practice management. Scholarship Eligibility: Students must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program relevant to medical practice management, including public health, business administration, healthcare administration and other related areas.

MGMA Western Section Scholarship

Individuals residing in MGMA Western section states (Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming) who are current MGMA members and enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program relevant to medical practice management. Eligibility Applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program relevant to medical practice management, including public health, business administration, healthcare administration and other related areas.The scholarships are not intended to support individuals pursuing degrees in: medicine physical therapy nursing or other clinically related professions

ACMPE Leaders Scholarship

Applicants must be individuals pursuing relevant professional development through undergraduate or graduate education. In recognition of the past presidents of the ACMPE and Ernest S. Mostello.

Charles Wallace, M. D. Scholarship

The applicant must be a member of MGMA's Society for Physicians in Administration (SPA) who is undertaking a course of study or project (e.g. research) in management at an undergraduate or graduate education institution that will strengthen the physician and administrator team approach to improve patient satisfaction.

The Bachrach Family Scholarship for Excellence in Health Care Administration

Individuals enrolled in a graduate program in health care administration who maintain academic standing with a GPA of 3.0 (4.0 scale) or better and whose career interests may lead them to a position in medical practice administration. All eligible applicants should apply, but preference will be given to applicants from a disadvantaged background and/or the first person in their family to pursue a graduate degree.

Edgar J. Saux, FACMPE Scholarship

Applicants must be early career individuals currently in medical practice management who are pursuing relevant professional development through undergraduate or graduate education.

Edward J. Gerloff, FACMPE Scholarship

Applicants must be individuals pursuing relevant professional development through undergraduate or graduate education.

MGMA/Anesthesia Administration Assembly Schp

The applicant must be a member of the Anesthesia Administration Assembly (AAA) who is undertaking a course of study or project at an undergraduate or graduate education institution to accomplish set goals for self-advancement, OR a dependent of an AAA member who has been a member for a minimum of three years and is currently an AAA member.

Harry J. Harwick Scholarship

Applicants must be students in a graduate program accredited by the Accrediting Commission on Education for Health Services Administration or an undergraduate program which is a member of the Association of University Programs in Health Administration.

Richard L. Davis - Managers Scholarship

Applicants must be individuals currently in medical practice management who are pursuing relevant professional development through undergraduate or graduate education.

Richard L. Davis - National Scholarship

Applicants must be individuals pursuing relevant professional development through undergraduate or graduate education.
