The Aaron Zeiher Memorial Scholarship

Established in memory of Aaron Zeiher to honor his love of law enforcement. He was an Explorer with the Johnson County Sheriff’s office. He was a man who never gave up and gave all he had to everything he did.Use Common Application to apply. The Umbarger Show Feed Scholarship (In Memory of Steve Taylor)

Established in memory of Steve Taylor by Umbarger Show Feeds to honor Steve and his passion for agriculture. This scholarship recognizes a graduating senior in a community served by Umbarger Show Feeds as well as a user of Umbarger Show Feeds.Obtain a separate application from your guidance office, the Johnson County Community Foundation or jccf.org. Criteria:Graduating senior from a community served by Umbarger Show Feed dealersA user of Umbarger Show FeedsPlanning to enroll at any accredited college or university in pursuit of a two- or four-year degreeDemonstrates academic preparation and performance consistent with his/her chosen area of studyDemonstrates his/her interest in agriculture through activities in 4-H and/or FFAHas a sustained level of meaningful community service and able to demonstrate how his/her volunteer activities have benefited him/her and the community

The Roger Cliffe Memorial Scholarship

Sertoma Club of Greenwood, Dr. Robert L. Hamill Memorial Scholarship

Established in memory of Dr. Robert L. Hamill to honor him and his passion for problem solving. This scholarship recognizes a Johnson County high school graduate who is planning to major in microbiology, chemistry or biochemistry. Criteria: ▪ Plan to major in microbiology, chemistry or biochemistry ▪ A graduating senior from a public Johnson County high school ▪ Accepted to pursue a full-time baccalaureate course of study at an accredited public or private college or university ▪ Demonstrates the potential to succeed in college and chosen area of study ▪ Exhibits good character and commitment to school and community ▪ Must have standardized test scores, GPA and/or class rank that demonstrates academic preparation and performance

The Hamann Family Memorial Scholarship

Established in memory of H. Paul Hamann to honor him and the qualities that he embraced during his lifetime. This scholarship recognizes a student who embodies these same qualities, maintains a GPA of 2.5 or better, and demonstrates financial need.? Obtain a separate application from your guidance office, the Johnson County Community Foundation or jccf.org.Criteria:? Planning to attend a two- or four-year college or university? GPA within the range of 2.5-3.5 (on a 4.0 scale)? Demonstrates financial need through the FAFSA form? The Johnson County Fair Board Scholarship

Established by the Johnson County Fair Board to honor a ten year 4-H member who exemplifies the 4-H motto.? Plan to enroll full-time at an accredited public or private college or university or vocational school? Qualified recipients must exhibit good character and commitment to school and leadership
