Awarded to minority students demonstrating financial need and enrolled in the two-year associate degree program at Ivy Tech State College. For more information, students should contact the Financial Aid Office at Ivy Tech. Giving limited to Muncie and Delaware County, IN.
Awarded to a student entering or currently enrolled in the School of Business or the Small Business Management/Entrepreneurship Program at Ball State University. To be eligible, a student must have graduated from a state-accredited county school in Delaware County. Alice Miriam Kitselman Scholarship
Awarded to a graduating senior from Burris Laboratory School who has indicated a desire and ability to study medicine or surgery. Consideration is also given to moral character and need. Giving limited to Muncie and Delaware County, IN.
McDonalds Restaurants of Delaware and Madison Counties Scholarship
Awarded to employees of the Terhune McDonalds restaurants in Delaware and Madison Counties. Both incoming freshman and current college students are eligible for this award. Employees may pick up an application from their store manager.
George and Nelda Van Laningham Scholarship
Awarded to a Ball State University student enrolled in the Small Business/Entrepreneurship program. To apply, students should contact the Deans Office in the Ball State University College of Business. Giving limited to Muncie and Delaware County, IN.
Everett and Marie Zirkle Scholarship
Student majoring in elementary education; recipients shall be from Daleville or Middletown, Indiana.
A. Earl and Madeline C. Sites Music Scholarship
The recipient must be attending Ball State with a major in an undergraduate music program. Candidates should show promise for outstanding music potential at Ball State. The first preference for granting the scholarship is worthy and/or needy Delaware County students only.
Dr. Robert M. Butterfield Memorial Scholarship
History: This scholarship was created in 1968, originally for third year premed students from Delaware County. In 1973, it became a School of Nursing scholarship.Requirements: Preference is given to students from Delaware County.
